Emma-Leigh is a Clinical Psychologist holding a PhD, with over ten years of expertise across private sectors, community health, university environments, and rehabilitation.
Her comprehensive career integrates direct therapeutic support and assessment, supervision, active research and speaking.

She has a special interest in the mind-body connection, nervous system regulation, energy psychology, healing from generational trauma, and proactive mental health. She blends scientific evidence with deeply reflective and holistic evidence-based psychological perspectives, and draws on her our lived experience of trauma and nervous system dysregulation.
Background
Beyond her direct practice, Emma-Leigh worked in academia from 2018 to 2024, where she worked with postgraduate psychology students through teaching, supervision, and course coordination. She is passionate about the synergy between academic rigor and the intuitive nature of reflective clinical work.
Starting her path in 2015 within the field of occupational rehabilitation, she focused on workplace wellness and recovery. Later expanding into diverse clinical settings, she has assisted individuals through every life stage, managing complex needs from neurodiversity and anxiety to trauma and behavioral health.
